This initial phase starts with a specific technological challenge and its viability will be discussed by experts from companies of the ICT Cluster. Later, the technology experts will discuss how to implement the technologically. Finally, the impact on the market and the opportunities offered by the product or service will be identified.

• Develop a study for the technology challenge


• Session of brainstorming with experts


• ICT experts analyze and work the conclusions generated at the previous meeting


• Experts from different companies discuss the generated proposals in mixed groups


• Stage of idea development


• Collaborative webpage (Zyncro) that allows the management of documents, share information and create internal forums between members of the working group.
