The Business Manager of Barcelona Digital, Joan Mas, will participate the next June 16 in a round-table that will analyse the role of the new technologies as tool to overcome the current economic crisis.
The meeting is
organized by the European South-West Network to diffusion of the ICT in the SME, entitled
The digital technologies: true tools to leave of the crisis. The day will show to the attendances some of the efficient and personalized ICT tools to improve the SME capacities and to speed up of the crisis, at the same time that will know
the strategy of the companies presents in the debate in view
the current economic scenario, between others Barcelona Digital. The experience of the different European ICT promotion networks will serve to foment a dialogue with the Government, Commerce Chambers, Innovation Centres and companies.
The session will be moderated by the Head of Innovation of the Leitat Technological Center,
Miguel Ángel Pérez, and with the participation of
Pierre Lelong, Technofutur ICT Coordinator;
Roman Klein, Prozeus IKT/eBusiness;
Joao Carvalho, General Manager of the Center for Innovation Business of Beira Interior (CIEBI);
Jordi Bosch, Secretari de Telecomunicacions i Societat de la Informació de la
Generalitat de Catalunya;
Xavier Soler, Director of the ICT Applications Center of Manresa (CATIC);
Philippe Gokelaere, partner to the Madrid - Use of ICT project (MUTIC); as well as
Joan Mas, Business Manager of Barcelona Digital.
The event will take place on June 16, from 17h to 19h, in the International Business Centre of Catalonia (c/Llull, 321-329, 08019 Barcelona).
