Barcelona Digital has a strong team highly specialized that, in collaboration with other research teams both from Spain and internationals, work in applied research and in the development of new prototypes of products or services in the different areas of expertise, without a specific demand from a certain company or institution, responding to the current or future needs of the industry.

  • Executing Research and Technology Development (RTD) projects under business demand.
  • Research, development and validation of prototypes.
  • Technology transfer.
  • Identifying and prioritizing of research projects and their market applications. 
  • Support to setting up consortiums: identification of partners, negotiations, legal agrees, protection of the industrial and intellectual propriety, etc.
  • Assistance to the elaboration of proposals for research funding programs and international calls and tenders.
  • Collaboration with key technological and research centers, nationals and internationals, in the ICT field.
  • Coordination and participation in national and international R&D projects.
