Barcelona Digital helps firms, professionals, and society at large to carry out their technological innovation projects and to realize the possibilities offered by ICTs for development and productivity.

Over this period, we have developed a number of flagship actions for Catalan and Spanish civil society. This is the case of BDigital Global Congress (formerly the Internet Global Congress) which has succeeded in adapting to the pace of events offering a forum delivering high-quality information and discussion, always in cooperation with world technology leaders to provide a first-hand explanation on the fundamentals of current technology transformation. Today, the congress is a reference in Innovation and Knowledge in the Digital Society.

Another area of interest is the Debates on the Digital Economy, that allow frequent updates on the most current themes regarding the development of our society. Meanwhile, working closely with various public bodies (local, county, provincial, regional, state and European) we have made ambitious plans for regional economic development based on technology use.
