    Registration is open for the third edition of the BDigital Apps, the congress specializing on mobile apps organized by Barcelona Digital. This year, the congress will be focused on the Gaming phenomenon and their business opportunities.

    With Jamie Turner, founder of 60SecondMarketer.com and co-author of Go Mobile, the attendances will know what makes some apps succeed while others fail. Turner will explain how to monetize apps providing some clues and trends and successful strategies for creating business apps.

    As every year, the congress will submit the last sector trends in the App Shots, a space to show innovative apps in the education, healthcare, consumption and tourism. This session will show innovative apps from different typologies with a strong technological component such as: tourism, education, health, etc. Among other, the best experience by Angry Words app will be presented, an app with more than 6 millions downloads.

    On October 30, the presentations and workshops will take place at CosmoCaixa Barcelona. On October 31, a workshop on gaming will be held at Media-TIC building in Barcelona.

    The FinAppsParty, a 24 hours international marathon to develop financial apps, is also organized in the frame of the congress. The event will take place on October 26 and 27 in Barcelona. On the occasion of Mobile World Capital, the event will attract the best professionals around the world, among others, from the United States, Israel, Kenya, Mexico and United Kingdom.
